If a Sewerage & Water Board crew or contractor has completed work near you and the work site was left in poor condition, please fill out this Report a Work Site Issue online form to request that the site be cleaned up or restored.

  • This form is for reporting quality-of-life issues at completed SWBNO work sites, such as trash, debris, equipment, barricades, or unrestored surfaces left behind.
