 oard of New Orleans (SWBNO) contractor\, Boh Bros\, will be temporarily cl
 osing the northbound lane of Howard Ave from S White St and S Rendon St to
  facilitate 24-inch water main repairs. On Wednesday\, September 2nd\, con
 tractor crews will have flagging operations in place while crews place tem
 porary asphalt in the shoulder on Howard Ave.  Tomorrow\, traffic will be 
 able to travel in both directions on Howard Ave.   \n\n  LOCATION:  Howard
  Ave (northbound lane) from S White St to S Rendon St \n\n  WORK SCHEDULE:
   We anticipate repairs to be completed within the next 2-3 weeks\, weathe
 r permitting. \n\n  TRAFFIC IMPACT:  Traffic on Howard Ave (northbound) wi
 ll be detoured to use S Broad St to Euphrosine St to S Rendon St. \n\n For
  all traffic interruptions\, signage and traffic control measures such as 
 barrels and fencing are onsite to direct drivers and pedestrians. Crews wi
 ll allow buses and emergency vehicles to pass\, as needed.   \n\n We appre
