Use this service to tell us about an open or unsafe excavation, a sunken or broken road, exposed pipes or equipment, or another problem at a work site. You will get a reference number and can check on your report at any time.

What you will need

• The address or a description of where the problem is, and the nearest cross street
• A phone number we can reach you on
• Photos of the problem, if you have any (you can take them as you go)

It takes about 3 minutes. We only ask for what our crews need to find and fix the problem.
